Shipping to the 48 Continental United States

We cannot ship large fly light units to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 


We Do Not Ship Outside The USA


Free Shipping does not apply to fly lights shipped outside the Lower 48 US States.  

Most Items ship out within 3 to 5 business days (This Does Not Include Transit Time)

Please be aware, during peak season some items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. The reason for this is because some units are not built by the manufacturer until the order is actually placed.

We ship most items to virtually any address in the Continental United States,  We do not ship large fly light units to Alaska, Hawaii or *Puerto Rico. The Heavy Ground  shipment calculation applies only to items shipped within the continental United States. Additional package dimension fees may apply to large fly light units.  We will contact you should additional shipping fee's be required to these areas. Be sure your email or phone information is correct when ordering in case we need to contact you concerning your order. 

Ship To Addresses:

Never use Abbreviations, the address verification shipment software does not recognize abbreviated ship to addresses. Using abbreviations in your shipping address may delay the shipment of your order.

Please be sure to use your physical shipping address when ordering fly light units. Fly light units are shipped via UPS. Expedited shipping options are not available. UPS will not ship to a PO Box address.   

Time in Transit:

Orders process the same business day. Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. UPS, USPS, FedEx or Common Carrier transit time does not begin until the order has actually shipped. Some large orders can take 7 to 14 days to arrive at your ship to destination after your order is placed. You will receive tracking information once the package is shipped. Any discrepancies in transit time are between you and the shipper once your order is shipped. Transit time is based solely on transit time after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.


**NOTE: For our protection and the protection of all credit card holders, large orders often take up to 72 hours to process. Before a large order can be processed, the payment method must be deposited and cleared by our merchant processor and/or our banking institution. (PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear.)


Orders are never processed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or observed "Holiday weekends" UPS will not deliver your package on weekends or legal holidays. This applies to ALL shipping methods!

Order Cancellations: It is important that you make sure your order is correct before you complete your transaction on our website.

We begin processing your order on the same business day or the next business day. We can try attempt to stop the shipment from processing whenever possible. However, in many cases, your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed into the system.

Orders canceled or refused after they have started processing for shipment will be subject to all shipping and return shipping fee's, restocking fee's or intercept fees charged by our shipper (if applicable) These charges will  be deducted from your refund once the order is returned to us. We cannot pay return shipping fees for canceled orders once they have been processed and/or shipped, delivered or refused.  

NOTE:  Fly Light Warehouse reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund relating to any order placed on our website due to typo's, pricing, shipping fee errors, software glitches, incorrect or unverifiable shipping addresses or any payment method we find questionable or orders placed outside the continental USA. 

Returns Policy:You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping and handling charges as well as a 20% restocking charge. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

Should you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account or are unable to log in to your account, please contact us indicating your order number, shipping address, phone number, name of item and reason for return. You may use the contact us link tab above to send us your return request.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping & handling fees unless your order was damaged during shipment and we are notified within 1 business day of the confirmed delivery date. Be sure to check your package and items for damage as soon as they arrive and before the delivery driver leaves whenever possible. 

Refunds: (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to five business days. If your return is received damaged or not in resalable condition, we will return the items to you and no refund will be issued. For your protection, please insure your return with the shipping company you are using to return your item(s) Should your returned item(s) be damaged during return shipment, you will need to file a claim with the return shipper.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using the Contact Us link at the top of this page.

Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email  by using the Contact Us link at the top of this page and return your item to: Fly Light Warehouse, 2224 Hamiltowne Cir, Baltimore Maryland , 21237.
